I normally dont have issues with them but today when i called to see if they can come out and spray inside due to some bugs activity. The representative does not want to send someone. Also I made sure, they start treating inside and the representative told me yes. When i asked him to connect me to supervisor he put me on hold and line disconnected. He did not bother call me back even though they have my contact info. People like him makes the company look bad.
Nic is great! He is the best technician and is very thorough in what he does. This guy needs a raise. When another technician comes to my home, it is a major difference in the thoroughness. Others do a quick half job and leave. Nic communicates and makes sure everything is done well and up to the standards of the company. He makes your company look good.

I've been with Precision Pest since 2006. They have always taken care of any and all of my pest issues. Today Robert came out for the 3rd time (no charge) to hopefully get rid of the last carpenter bee. He waited and sure that it was gone but sure enough the bee was still inside part of my hardwood structure. The bee took several hits of their products but still was able to slowly drill a new hole to escape from. Most people never have seen the carpenter bees and hope you don't.
