Our technician was out at our home ON TIME, during the window they gave us! He informed us what we were having done, the treatment that was being used & how it was not harmful to anyone in the family or our pet. He was quick and didn't leave us with any questions unanswered or concerns!
This company is terrible! Their customer service is non existent and their office is disorganized! I wouldn’t recommended this company to anyone
We've been using Precision for the past 5 years, and they are hands-down the best pest control company I've ever used. Their regular service does an amazing job keeping our home pest- free and any time we've had issues (ants one time, mice another) they came out to take care of it right away -- at no additional charge. They are polite, prompt and professional. We recently moved, and even though the builder installed the Taexx pest control system, we stayed with Precision because they have done such an amazing job for us.
Friendly, thorough, if you have a problem, they will fix it!

Jason took the time to help educate me on the millipede issue we have been experiencing this season. I have used Precision Pest Management for 10 years now (8 years at my previous home and 2 years at this home).
