Finally getting all settles in to my new apartment. My family choose the Tyler. We love it! So much space and storage. My favorite part of the apartment is the full size laundry room. Other apartments we looked at did not have a full room for Laundry. Only a small closet. My leasing agents name is Tara. This is my first time in an apartment, so I've had a lot of questions. We just moved and so far we are pleased. Only think we have dish and I would rather have Comcast. I also would like a,front door screen .
Although the living experience at the property was good (with exception of the internet).. the "leaving" part was horrible. A) No pre walk are offered B) No pictures details or proper reasons are given for why the deposits were deducted in the final deposit return . Upon contacting the office. get a feeling of kind of passing the buck to the corporate office who don't reply to ur mails or calls. I will be a new tenant in a week and my experience thus far has been a little frustrating.. Everything seems to be a lot more difficult that it needs to be.. The Property Manager did call to hear my concerns and I appreciated it however I'm not pleased at all with the staff. The availability of a unit and their amentities is the only reason I decided to sign the lease.
Thank you Tai and Jeff for your help in our apartment. You guys are so polite, and get the job done! Glad we have such helpful maintenance in this complex.
Condos? I was just wondering when those arrived. However beautiful property. The staff is absolutely on top of things. Great ran property and the most beautiful property in town. Minus the geese. There is a lot of geese.
