The walls are super thin and with working a job with odd hours and sleep being important I can't keep getting awoken by blasting music. Every Saturday and Sunday morning starting at 7am there is music blasting from my neighbors that wakes me up! I've had enough of it.
I lived here for 3 years and just moved at the end of July. I honestly loved living here, it just go too expensive with rent increases every year so i had to move. The apartments are very large, large walk in closet. They are extremely clean. Maintenance is super fast, usually there same day. The area is beautiful and the pool is amazing. The only one big downside was the internet. You have to use their company and i work from home and require internet. It goes down alot and isn't always fast getting repaired. My husband and I lived here until we were transferred for work. We loved it here! It was amazing to sit out on the balcony overlooking the water! Apartments are spacious and well kept! Maintanence was always quick to respond and office staff was friendly and always helpful. Also great area, safe neighborhood and everything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive, as well as a bar and grill, pizza, and laundry mat within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Wow, the assistant manager is awful, rude and just plain unfeeling. Get someone new please, bad for business.
Family friendly and very attentive to tenant needs and requests. It was a pleasure living here, thanks for a great place to call home.
I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live at Prairie Lakes Apartments. The management is terrible and the direct office doesn't deal with any of your concerns. They refer you to their corporate company who is even worse. They don't return your phone calls and they are extremely rude. If you want a pet, they do not account for any damages your pet could cause in your $250 pet deposit (which they are now calling a fee) or the $25 you have to pay a month.
