We have been living here a year now...liked the apartments, nice...large, clean and good quality closets, bathroom except the internet part and lot of follow up for getting your referrals in the past but I would like to appreciate Daniel for all her assistance and taking care of lease signup issues, getting my referrals and other service requests. My wife and I lived at Prairie Lakes for 4 years ... her an additional 3. I must say, the living experience there isn’t the “traditional” apartment living experience. The grass is always cut, the parking lots always clean, hallways maintained, hot water is never a problem, events for residents, etc. The internet was never a huge issue. Netflix and Hulu worked just fine; sure it buffered a time or two but fortunately enough...we survived. Absolutely gorgeous pool area! Everything is really clean and in great condition. Very helpful staff in the office as well!
Beautiful community!! It's always so festive during the holidays in the clubhouse! The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly!! If I were in the market for an apartment, Prairie Lakes would be my choice!
