RecommendedClean, quiet, safe, in unit washer/dryer, garbage disposal, lake facing balcony, exceptional staff- I really couldn’t ask for more! Hoping they offer recycling services soon
Office & Maintenance Staff is deplorable. I am so disappointed by the Office & Maintenance Staff, as they have all the policies and standards for their residents but not enough professionalism in their work, not much care to their customers. They will do everything they can to not pay you your security deposit. And once you move out, they will not speak to you or try to help resolve your issue. I would not recommend this apartment complex.
I have lived at Prairie Lakes Apartments for almost 5 years. I highly recommend living here—five stars for sure. This was my home not just an apartment . Everyone is so helpful, kind, and understanding. I have been ill for a long while. The beauty of Prairie Lakes so peaceful. The staff so helpful. I am now terminally ill and had to move on. Thank you Jeff for getting me a new washer ASAP! Great service and very professional each interaction I've had with him!
We moved in the last part of February. Love love love living here so far. The ONLY thing I would suggest is an add on to the dog park where one side could be for small dogs and the other for large.
The staff here are extremely friendly and professional! Shoutout to Jeff for being so helpful and accommodating when assisting with technology issues I had. Please keep up the good work. 😊
