I toured with Jaimee. I loved the apartment. The view from the back door overlooked the lake and was lovely. The pool was clean and inviting. I am not ready to rent at this time. But will definitely contact Jaimee when I am ready.
We have lived here for 9+ years. The apts are spacious with great views from the patio overlooking the lake. Matinence responds guickly when the few concerns we have had occur. The staff is friendly and responsive. Overall a great environment.
I've lived here for 2.5 years and love living at Prairie Lakes! Fitness Center and pool are just a brief walk away (AND are included in my rent!), I feel safe, and my apartment feels more like a home. Whenever I see neighbors they're kind and courteous. Staff is helpful and smile at me when I come in! Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
I've been living here for past 6 years and love it. The best apartment community in town. Safe and more family friendly. Internet is the only thing that i could complaint of else this is the best neighborhood to live in.
I had a great experience of the community tour along with Jaimee. Beautiful property, neat & clean. Now looking forward to them to get me the right apartment per my requirements.
We have lived at Prairie Lakes for a year now, the office staff are absolutely wonderful along with the maintenance crew. They take care of any questions/problems as soon as possible. It’s made living here very enjoyable!
I have lived at Prairie Lakes for about 4 months now and I LOVE it! Not only does my apartment feel more like a home and the property always kept up, clean and welcoming, but the staff here has is top notch. They were helpful during my initial move in and throughout that entire process including getting the area school the needed information to enroll my daughter into her new school. The maintenance staff was very timely and accommodating when I asked them to install a ceiling fan in my bedroom. #PrairieLakesRocks
