36 hours with no power and you can't even give an ETA so I can plan on how to take care of my four young children. Where's the accountability?
My power went out early on Thursday, Dec. 8th. They keep saying tomorrow at. ???. Today is Sunday, Dec 11. Still out. Now they say 2:50pm tomorrow. That is too long, probably lost all of my frozen food due to length of time without power. They said they restored power... but mine is still out and so are at least 3 neighbors. Come on you can not keep saying tomorrow. Send someone out today.

Thank you pge for getting us back up and running today! I have small children (as well as alot of people out there) and feeling the heat leaving your house is kind of scary. My family and I really appreciate the hard work you do and the crap weather you have to deal with♡
In the beginning God said " Let there be Light." and nothing happened. Then he thought for a minute and said " Let there be PGE. " and all of a sudden the entire Universe lit up, and things have been great ever since.
