PGE turned off our power today because they had a company registered to this APARTMENT. They never questioned why there was 2 accounts at one address and since the company wasn’t paying their bill they turned off our power. When contacted to fix this they said they have 24 hours to turn the power back on. Which is completely asinine seeing as how the bill was up to date and THIS IS THERE MISTAKE. But hey there’s. I other options for electricity so they can do whatever they want with no consequences

We dont have electric heat and have not changed one thing and our bill is more than double last months bill. We had money taken from our account months ago and no credit applied to our account and they keep saying they are "looking into it", But we get shut off notices. Customer service and management are pathetic and less than helpful. I think the fact that I have no other option for power is ridiculous.Our fedral Monopoly laws need to change. Just because there are other options in the state doesnt meen this isn't a monopo... read more

24 hours estimated to return service because of a wind storm. “A crew has been dispatched”. My ‘A’. Call me back when power is restored!? The damn heat will be on, I’ll know power is restored Jack... There is an 87 year old with dementia here that weighs 87 lbs freezing and starving. There are two others here with chronic illness and disabilities here. Improve your communication and get the hell outta bed and fix the power
I moved here from PA. k had terrible wiring and badines. I still didn't lose power as much as I do here. If it were my decision I would dump you in a heartbeat. I will be convincing the landlord to dump you.
