RecommendedAfter we arrived at our Mt. Hood cabin at 2;30 pm in late October, we discovered the power out. The serviceman arrived within 2 hours and determined the power line transformer needed replacement. By 9:30 pm the service truck and crew arrived, and by 10:30 pm we had power back! If I could figure out how to give them 5 stars,......they would receive 6 from us! Thank you PG&E!!

just want to thank the workers that got our brown out fixed fast at o'Reilly auto parts at 2626 se 122nd today. they got there fast and kicked but.

Today a transformer blew near our house in Salem. My husband called and someone was on location within 15 minutes and had power restored within the hour. We often forget how much has to go well in order for us to have and keep such an essential amenity as power. Thank you PGE for your hard work and commendable response time.
