I have had no issues with customer service. They are really nice. I just have an issue with billing. It's just different from where I'm from. But nice people who explained what and why and she was as nice as could be.
PGE is a real piece of SHIT, one bill is due on December 23rd.. Which I due believe it's not the F*cking 23rd yet.. And a new one due December 25th, with no passed due balance but yet they shut my f*cking power off today!!! Oh man I hope they're ready for a lawsuit!!! I am f*cking pissed!!!
I've been calling customer service since my power outage Friday. I've gotten 1 rep who attempted to help narrow down a time and location for service trucks in hopes to tell me when my power would be restored. Every other person I've come in contact with is less than helpful and continues to tell me how many people are effected while not understanding that my family is just as important.
