Good stewards of the community resources in the Pacific Northwest. Staff always works hard to restore power during outages.
We dont have electric heat and have not changed one thing and our bill is more than double last months bill. We had money taken from our account months ago and no credit applied to our account and they keep saying they are "looking into it", But we get shut off notices. Customer service and management are pathetic and less than helpful. I think the fact that I have no other option for power is ridiculous.Our fedral Monopoly laws need to change. 24 hours estimated to return service because of a wind storm. “A crew has been dispatched”. My ‘A’. Call me back when power is restored!? The damn heat will be on, I’ll know power is restored Jack... There is an 87 year old with dementia here that weighs 87 lbs freezing and starving. There are two others here with chronic illness and disabilities here. Improve your communication and get the hell outta bed and fix the power
I moved here from PA. k had terrible wiring and badines. I still didn't lose power as much as I do here. If it were my decision I would dump you in a heartbeat. I will be convincing the landlord to dump you.
Mail me a bill and don't make me jump through hoops to pay my bill. Stop being so cheap and say its to reduce paper. Paper is renewable, grown in tree farms.
I have not changed my schedule in the four months I've lived here. I work three night shifts, have my computer on the vast majority of the other four days/nights, shower 5-6 times a week (same duration), and use my dish washer MAYBE twice a month. This has not changed in four months. My bill though has. Started at $50, then $65, and this past month at $97.68. I actually lowered my heat and my bill went up nearly 50%. 97224 power was out for 3-4 mins. Starting at 1:00am. Back on and holding strong. Thanks PGE.
Apparently the meter reader was taking reads off the incorrect meter for the last 6 months and I just got a bill for almost $700 for the difference which is pretty horrible timing! I have kept up on my bill and I don’t feel their mistake should be put on me! Now I can’t afford Christmas presents!
