The Campgrounds that your Company controls promote amenities and when they take yoyr hard earned $$$$ they shut down those amenities so you can not use them with out notice. If you pay for it you should get to use them like the showers....... You continue to cut the hours of operations just because those running the park are lazy and they minght have to have their dinner not right at 5pm. PGE Hired a Rat General Contractor/Rat dirt contractor to build there union training facility. Shame On PGE.

I could get stuck with Vernonia power
I contacted PGE customer service at 11:59 am about moving the power line up on my mother’s house so we didn’t have to use a stick to push up the line when we moved our camper and trailer in the back of the property. They sent a note to the service dept and by 2:00 pm it was all done. I am amazed at how fast they responded!!!!
Had a great time and conversation with one of your representatives in the collections department She understood my situation and help correct the problem Very professional she knew what she was doing Thumbs up.👍💯
