I moved here from PA. k had terrible wiring and badines. I still didn't lose power as much as I do here. If it were my decision I would dump you in a heartbeat. I will be convincing the landlord to dump you.
Mail me a bill and don't make me jump through hoops to pay my bill. Stop being so cheap and say its to reduce paper. Paper is renewable, grown in tree farms.

I have not changed my schedule in the four months I've lived here. I work three night shifts, have my computer on the vast majority of the other four days/nights, shower 5-6 times a week (same duration), and use my dish washer MAYBE twice a month. This has not changed in four months. My bill though has. Started at $50, then $65, and this past month at $97.68. I actually lowered my heat and my bill went up nearly 50%. Apparently the meter reader was taking reads off the incorrect meter for the last 6 months and I just got a bill for almost $700 for the difference which is pretty horrible timing! I have kept up on my bill and I don’t feel their mistake should be put on me! Now I can’t afford Christmas presents!
