If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely piss poor customer service! Charged a “insufficient fund fee” when my bank shows no record of a payment requested and customer service can not tell me when the payment was declined. Their answer? Check with your bank! This in addition to the processing fee and it taking 8 days for the payment to process. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Don't fall for this "Eco friendly company" garbage. They'll tell you their doing all these things on the Deschutes for its ecology, but what they don't tell you is that their being sued by a grassroots foundation to stop the damm practices that are killing the flora and fauna of the lower Deschutes river. Bill Matrix is a shady payment system, they make you sign a 10 page agreement that gives them permission to sell your data and agree to unreasonable arbitration conditions. I have had many unsatisfactory interactions with PGE in the past, they need oversight and regulation.
