Needed to get an oil change asked if somebody could run me down to my office. I was told the runner was out, however if I could wait 30 minutes it would be ready. They were off by 2 minutes, I actually got in 28 minutes. I urge you to see Ashley and Brian in the service dept.
I have had the best experience with Pomoco of Hampton.. they have treated me so well.. from buying my first Jeep Wes was so wonderful.. I have now used their superb service department.. Jon and Ashley set the bar high with their exceptional customer service...I have never been treated so kindly.. look forward to many years with the fine group at Pomoco in Hampton..and btw.. I love my Jeep..

Service and workmanship is consistently subpar. After four unsuccessful attempts at fixing my radio and laughable support from the service staff, I have taken my vehicle elsewhere for service. Then, despite my objections, my sister purchased a new Jeep at Pomoco. When she took delivery, one of the technicians, eager to clock out for the evening, hastily mounted the vehicle's license plate frame both lopsided and off center, permanently marring the bumper with extra holes in the process.
