Pomoco on Jefferson has always been shady, and I stopped using them when my Diesel warranty with expired, but my truck literally died in front of their shop so I had to go there. That was April. By July it was towed to 2 other shops before declared dead. They disassembled it so badly, that the warranty company won't cover it. If you’re in the market for used, start here. These folks stand behind what they say. I’ve had a couple issues with my used car and they immediately take care of it. It’s service like this that keeps me coming back. When they say peace of mind, they mean it. Patricia Miles in finance and the guys at Peninsula tire and auto are truly a class act. If you’re in the market give her a call. You won’t be disappointed.
I have had my share of dealing with bad dealerships. However this one is awesome. My Son-n-law and daughter were up in the area and not familiar with the place and really didnt know many people. Their vehicle broke down and they felt hopeless as well as their parents did from a good distance away. We called the service department and delt with Calvin. My fiance took his Dodge Ram here on 2/20/2019 for a diagnostic test. He already had an idea of what was wrong & had been under his truck himself to look at his O2 Censors thinking that was the problem. He only wanted a diagnostic to confirm before he ordered the part and fixed it himself. He dropped it off Wednesday morning & they called during the day to inform him it was in fact the O2 censors. I used to work at a dealership years ago. This week I found myself needing to buy a new van for my family. I was really dreading the thought of stepping onto a dealer lot and car shopping. The folks here are very laid back and not at all like what I was anticipating. My salesman, Kevin Steele, was fantastic and I even had a great experience with Cindy in the finance department. It was great from start to finish.
