Im so over this place. I went to have my car fixed after I got in an accident, and they gave me a date it would be finished. Well that day came and went I had to call them for them to tell me it wasn't complete. My car stayed at that shop an additional 2 wks with no update from anyone unless I called there. After I bought a car there once before with a great experience I didn't think this would happen today. I was interested in looking at a new car, the salesman was fine and helpful and his manager sat down with me to go over the details of my trade in. I had to leave and he even offered me a new car like the one I wanted to take home but once I returned just 2 hours later EVERYTHING was different. My husband and I went in with a conditionally approved loan through our bank. When pomoco couldn't get the price low enough for the banks happiness, they asked us if we'd finance through them, and we said we'd consider it. They spent 2 days getting the payments and interest rate down to a WAY BETTER rate with a SHORTER loan period than our bank offered. They got us into the NEW vehicle we came for instead of us having to settle with a used one!! We will be sending anyone we know here for business from now on. Absolutely fant... read more
