I took my vehicle here for warranty service. This was the first time I’ve ever had it in a shop for a service under warranty. I was told by my “advisor“ that my issues were not covered by my warranty. So, I called the dealer that I purchased my vehicle from to find out what kind of warranty was sold to me. they contacted the warranty company to see why my parts and service were not covered. I purchased my Dodge vehicle in Feb of 2015 from Pomoco (first time car buyer!). I have brought my vehicle in for servicing since the time of my purchase. I can not give enough praise to the entire service team for their generosity and caring nature. Their mechanic Dino goes above and beyond for customers. I can truly say his work is professional, and I never have to worry about something going wrong with what he has fixed (I just regret ever buying a Dodge!). EVERY time I make an appointment and drop off for service, something always happens and my vehicle gets bumped. I was lied to today and told it was being serviced when in fact it wasn't. It was still sitting in the lot. Some "communication errors" caused an oversight. I dropped off my vehicle for service at 7:30am and called to check on it at 11:30. The shuttle service was nice guys. My estimate was to expensive and my car is still broken.
