I took my vehicle here for warranty service. This was the first time I’ve ever had it in a shop for a service under warranty. I was told by my “advisor“ that my issues were not covered by my warranty. So, I called the dealer that I purchased my vehicle from to find out what kind of warranty was sold to me. they contacted the warranty company to see why my parts and service were not covered. I can not give enough praise to the entire service team for their generosity and caring nature. Their mechanic Dino goes above and beyond for customers. EVERY time I make an appointment and drop off for service, something always happens and my vehicle gets bumped. I was lied to today and told it was being serviced when in fact it wasn't. It was still sitting in the lot. Some "communication errors" caused an oversight. I dropped off my vehicle for service at 7:30am and called to check on it at 11:30.
