I don't wanna say "shady business practises" but why, pray tell me would i want 2 warranties running at the Same time. So instead of my extended warranty running after the original, they ran together. Now i need my window repaired and it's expired. Really? Shady!!!!!!!
Service was good, but I didn't expect to wait 45 minutes before they took my truck in for an oil change, especially since I had an appointment.
Lack of attention to simple tasks. I spent $1300 on getting struts replaced, had to come back twice because it wasn’t ready, and when I came back the 3rd time to pick it up, they forgot to do the State inspection. Did a receive a single call telling me that it’s wasn’t ready when promised?? NO.
Word of mouth and good reviews brought us here, our own experience will definitely bring us back. Hands down one of the best experiences we've had in buying a new car...right down to the owner, who is recovering from a broken back, carrying a heavy chair over to us so everyone in the family could sit. Honest, trustworthy, and a family feel; all of which are very hard to come by these days.
I don't allow just anyone to touch my car. I don't know everyone's name yet but i will. thank you too this team for keeping me safe.
