The Fabbri family chose Arizona to open its own small-batch set of pizzerias in 2010 and since then it has only grown in reputation. Every pizza that comes out of the wood-fired oven is perfectly crisp, just the way you would find it in their hometown of Naples. In fact, the restaurant still uses San Marzano tomatoes and Bufala di Mozzarella, just as the VPN or (Vera Pizza Napoletana) association requires. Love the place - but yesterday there were more shrooms on our Pomo pizza than on the Porcini pizza - wuss up with that!
