The Fabbri family chose Arizona to open its own small-batch set of pizzerias in 2010 and since then it has only grown in reputation. Every pizza that comes out of the wood-fired oven is perfectly crisp, just the way you would find it in their hometown of Naples. In fact, the restaurant still uses San Marzano tomatoes and Bufala di Mozzarella, just as the VPN or (Vera Pizza Napoletana) association requires. The best pizza in Arizona? More like the best pizza...PERIOD.
Great service! We had a party of 13, without a reservation, and Jamie (Manager) seated us 15 minutes earlier than we expected. Nick was a great server, too. He brought the kids fruit immediately- and kept them happy throughout our dining experience - absolutely fantastic.
