The Fabbri family chose Arizona to open its own small-batch set of pizzerias in 2010 and since then it has only grown in reputation. Every pizza that comes out of the wood-fired oven is perfectly crisp, just the way you would find it in their hometown of Naples. In fact, the restaurant still uses San Marzano tomatoes and Bufala di Mozzarella, just as the VPN or (Vera Pizza Napoletana) association requires. First time here... the food was Amazing!!!
We loved the pizza, staff, drink selection, and atmosphere! We came on a night they either had live music on the patio or were broadcasting live music. Logan treated us well, and specially made a sweet birthday treat for my significant other. He totally didn't have to do that! It was very kind. 😃So glad we didn't miss out on this place while we were in Arizona! 🍕🌵
Amazing STAFF will return due to STAFF and FOOD. Margarita Pizza was perfect reminded me of pizza back east to be honest. Mozzarella Balls Amazing , had this spicy pasta was great , pasta cooked perfectly and we got the calamari, light crispy batter and not CHEWY! We sat at the bar and was greeted by Meg the bartender/ server , she was super informative about our choices of foods and this chick can make a premium cocktail out of this world. Fabulous pizza and appetizers! The crust!! OMG! Made this New Yorker happy! Staff is friendly and helpful! Clean and neat! Outdoor patio is awesome! Enjoyed Hustle and Bustle of downtown Gilbert! It’s a “gotta go” place! I will be back!!❤️😎🌵
