The Fabbri family chose Arizona to open its own small-batch set of pizzerias in 2010 and since then it has only grown in reputation. Every pizza that comes out of the wood-fired oven is perfectly crisp, just the way you would find it in their hometown of Naples. In fact, the restaurant still uses San Marzano tomatoes and Bufala di Mozzarella, just as the VPN or (Vera Pizza Napoletana) association requires. Loooved the wine and the food! The pasta is made from scratch daily with flour from Italy, not the processed & GMO junk here in the US. The meatball appetizer was heaven and it will definitely be a fav place for us for the food, service, and atmosphere. We sat outside at the bar btw. Can't wait to try other menu items.
Food was excellent and they weren’t busy at all! I had the Shrimp salad and it was very good. He had the Pasta Bolognese and the dude if bread and olives were a nice touch. Sat at the bar and service was good but not to the same level as the food. 👍🏼
Went during Happy Hour, sat in the bar area, only to discover the Happy Hour specials are only available if you are actually sitting at the bar. We were within arms reach of the bar, but didn’t qualify for the specials. Strange. The 3 appetizers we ordered were decent, but over-priced. The service was slow, but not terrible. I don’t see us returning.
Totally Turned off by the blonde bartender last night. She obviously didn’t Want To be there! The Meatballs were okay but the pizza is not the greatest! Will not be going back!
Carbonara was fantastic and Krystal was an excellent server. Food came super fast.
