The Fabbri family chose Arizona to open its own small-batch set of pizzerias in 2010 and since then it has only grown in reputation. Every pizza that comes out of the wood-fired oven is perfectly crisp, just the way you would find it in their hometown of Naples. In fact, the restaurant still uses San Marzano tomatoes and Bufala di Mozzarella, just as the VPN or (Vera Pizza Napoletana) association requires. We had a great dinner with good friends over pizza and bottles of Italian wine. Service was great, the food was awesome, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio on a beautiful evening.
Great calamari and shrimp appetite and the pizza was great too. Both recommended to us by the bartender, good job!
Always have a great service & food. Love the Pomo pizza, good selection of salads. Meatballs nice start.
