The Fabbri family chose Arizona to open its own small-batch set of pizzerias in 2010 and since then it has only grown in reputation. Every pizza that comes out of the wood-fired oven is perfectly crisp, just the way you would find it in their hometown of Naples. In fact, the restaurant still uses San Marzano tomatoes and Bufala di Mozzarella, just as the VPN or (Vera Pizza Napoletana) association requires. My phone says review Pomo's since you were there last night. Ok, you asked....my sister and I were out to dinner (trying all the new places in downtown Gilbert) we shared....ordered the fried rice balls appetizer, delish.....ordered mango salad next, good but nothing you couldn't make at home, dressing mediocre.
