The Fabbri family chose Arizona to open its own small-batch set of pizzerias in 2010 and since then it has only grown in reputation. Every pizza that comes out of the wood-fired oven is perfectly crisp, just the way you would find it in their hometown of Naples. In fact, the restaurant still uses San Marzano tomatoes and Bufala di Mozzarella, just as the VPN or (Vera Pizza Napoletana) association requires. Went for my birthday and the food was amazing! Pizza cooked to perfection. Appetizers were excellent as well. I was pleasantly surprised with a free dessert, Pane Cotta! Best I've ever had! Service was good and our waitress, Cristina was very helpful and sweet!
One of our favorite spots in downtown Gilbert. Pizza is delicous, great wine selection as well as signature cocktails and the servers, bartenders are awesome.
My husband and I had an awesome experience. The food was wonderful and we will be back.
