The Fabbri family chose Arizona to open its own small-batch set of pizzerias in 2010 and since then it has only grown in reputation. Every pizza that comes out of the wood-fired oven is perfectly crisp, just the way you would find it in their hometown of Naples. In fact, the restaurant still uses San Marzano tomatoes and Bufala di Mozzarella, just as the VPN or (Vera Pizza Napoletana) association requires. Our bartender Jess was awesome! Food was great and nice atmosphere. Decent selection of wines.
Went for lunch and had a panino sandwich, it was really good and huge, had a mulo for my adult beverage, could have been a tad stronger considering the about I paid for, but all in all it was a nice experience and our waiter was on cue the whole time
