My mortgage was sold from Loan Depot to PNC Mortgage. I had already made my first payment to LoanDepot and this payment was to have been wired to PNC which it was on July 8, 2016. PNC first tells me that it would take a few days to post and the payment would be applied as my August payment.They said LoanDepot only sends PNC payments by snail mail whereas LoanDepot says they wire-tranferred the funds and gave me the wire-tranfer number.So I waited over a week and called PNC back on the 27th of July. My son was going to close on a new place next Friday. He was told today that they could not do the mortgage to a single wide trailer, but will do it for a double wide.. My son told them from day one that it was a single ,and ever time he talked to them... Now he is to live in a motel because he sold his old house... Why don't this company do something about this... Why don't they care,
