PNC Mortgage does not care about their customers. This company is cut-throat and money hungry. All of us affected by Hurricane Irma have reached out to this company and get nothing but a forbearance and not "deferment - added at the end of mortgage (definition per PNC). Forget that we spent $$$$ to survive during and after the storm. NO COMPASSION - IT'S ALL ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR and my ALMIGHTY God is watching.
My home is devastated due to Hurricane Harvey and these people have the nerve to tell me I don't have to pay for three months, but then that full 3 months worth of payments are due in full
PNC Mortgage is basically a circus. Every person we have spoken to has been completely incompetent. They have sent us 100+ pages of documents with the wrong name and loan amount on it and they now refuse to answer phone calls and emails. Do not recommend.
This is the worst Mortgage company ever! They set up an escrow on my account without my permission and paid things without my authorization. After I had already paid them. I have been waiting 3 months for a pin number to access my account and still do not have it. I pray that they will sell my loan to somebody else soon.
I went there in three months ago, They never listened my word they just swiped our case like thrown in to dump truck and still until on my clousing date they are not approve my loan. I paid off my debt because they told me to but still Do not go to pnc mortgage. They have no idea and no experience on other visa they all not right,
My husband and I have been with PNC since 2012. This has been the WORST experience of our lives. We have called, left voicemails, sent emails and have gone to PNC bank countless times over the past several months. We have heard NOTHING. Costumer service is an absolute joke. Thank so much for ruining our credit and lives. We will NEVER recommend PNC to anyone ever.
