Yes and after 9 plus months the final result of my refinance indicates that after all the money Americans paid to bail these mortgage companies and investment companies out this particular institution refuses to bend on providing long term solutions to their customers. I am so frustrated with their antiquated methodologies. CITI and other financial institutions are being penalized for the part they played in bad loans why is PNC and their relationship with ETrade as a private investor being investigated?

I presented a contract for a buyer to purchase a short sale where the seller has a mortgage with PNC. We have short approval from PNC and have been to the closing table for the 2nd time and have been told that the EDN has been rejected again, for the second time! What's the deal? How can this happen?
