This company is horrible! Our home was hit by a tornado a year ago and for every repair we have paid for out of pocket has been a nightmare trying to get reimbursement on. It's our money they are holding but every repair takes weeks or months to get our money back not to mention the 45 mins on hold every time you have to call them! We have had to submit cancelled checks, bank statements and credit card receipts for the same repairs multiple times just to get reimbursed. PNC is the worst Mortgage company out there. Just called to request a payoff amount for our mortgage. The customer service rep was very nice. But it completely unethical that the company can hold my escrow amount of nearly $1,300 hostage for nearly a month. Says it will take 20 business days to mail a check. Can't do the transaction at a PNC branch. Can't request the check be directed deposited into a bank account -even a PNC Bank. For this and other reasons - so glad to be done. Having problems getting assistance re-setting my password
My experience with a PNC VA loan refinance. I called PNC mortgage phone number and connected with an officer on July 8 2016, my goal was to refinance my loan to take my ex-wife’s name off the loan and title. I was told this was no problem, a 20-dollar credit check and some simple paper work and we could be done. PNC has great rates and can great service if you have the right team! The right loan officer.
Do not use PNC Mortgage!! I repeat do not use PNC Mortgage!! Incompetent employees who will provide you with incorrect information.
VERY poor communication during the refi process.
This company sucks the Mangers never returns you calls . They act like it's a privilege for them to loan you money well they're not the only mortgage company out there and I'm refinancing and I'm telling everybody what a shitty company this is!
