Totally miscalculated our escrow and raised our monthly payments. We tried to resolve the issue in August with copies of our insurance declaration pages presented in an office visit and PNC mortgage still hasn't resolved their accounting errors? Stay away, wish we had our mortgage serviced with SunTrust still here in NC:(
We currently have our mortgage with PNC....no huge problem (other then trying to get my name on things after our marriage...only took about 12 years to get that figured out). Now that we are selling and looking to get a new home, and another mortgage, one would think we would stay with you all...NOPE. Tried to refinance my existing mortgage but they declined knowing ahead of time that it wouldn’t go through. Deceptive practices abound. Why can’t they just tell you up front??? Great credit scores too. Wish they would work with me but no. Didn’t even make the effort. So sad. As soon as I can move will do
PNC Morgage has the slowest check processing I have ever seen. Several times now -- including this month -- I have sent in the mortgage check with time to spare, and it still hasn't cleared the bank. Even with the federal holiday on Monday this matter should have already been processed. My next step is the BBB and I am also going to talk to my attorney. This service stinks! And I am not paying a late fee because of incompetent service.

I am absolutely sickened at the service PNC has. I work for a title company and we are trying to help a couple sell their home as the husband i on his death bed. PNC refuses to send us a payoff quote showing the breakdown of their 1st and 2nd mortgage. We are the second title company to try and close this loan and no one will insure the closing without a proper payoff quote. They have poor communication, can not meet dead lines and poor customer service. If I could start over I would go with another financial institution.
