Not only was the bank manager and senior Banker extremely rude and unhelpful, but the customer service rep on the phone and the manager I spoke to via the phone were much worse. I have never encountered this in my entire life to this level. How an organization that big is this incompetent and provide such terrible customer service is beyond me. I canceled all my accounts.

I was with PNC Bank for years watched them progressively get worse and worse seems like I spend more time on the phone with them than ever before I called them yesterday to see why there was a hold on a refund three times and three times I was blatantly without a doubt lied to by their customer service Representatives. Highly unethical bank trying to reach to customer's pockets. Charging for paper statements even after opting for online statements. Says that is how PNC does, send more statements and charge for it and some service charges. Please stay away. I will take my money to some other bank

I have been a customer of PNC for decades and regularly recommended this bank to others. This place is the only thing left since the dinosaurs! Applied for a mortgage and it tool almost 2 weeks to get a preapproval. Applied at 3 places same day and pre approvals were in hand after 3 to 4 hours. Once they got around to completing the preapproval, i got a call 6 days after the pre approval was letter generated. I told them they could hold the file pen but was going with a another lender that had a 20k higher preproposal. He says as sarcastically as he could well, good luck with that. Extremely disappointed by my experience today. I received an email that my account would be overdrawn due to a merchant mistakenly running my debit card twice. One charge has cleared the account, the other is pending and has not cleared the account. My current balance is positive and not overdrawn, but the pending charges has the available balance showing as negative.
