PNC is a heaping pile of trash, what pathetic excuse for a bank. A few months ago I got. Ache k form selling property I wished to deposit and went to my local branch, they were changing the ATM over to PNC from BBVA so I couldn't use that, the check was too large for my mobile deposit limit, so my option becomes going inside. They took over BBVA Compass and have been nothing but a nightmare ever since. A moving company knowingly cashed a check for over $1,000 which turned out to be a crooked moving company did not move anything they said they would move on the quote absolutely cheated us out of the money they PNC Bank employee put the information in wrong and they refuse to put the money back into my account also another employee did a credit check wrong and put it in as a regular credit card instead of a secured credit card and cost us more mone... read more

This Bank is the worst Bank I have ever dealt with. They will NOT let me cash out my CD that came due. NO One at this bank knows anything; but that it takes 10 Business Days for someone to get back with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This institution needs to be investigated by the Federal Reserve and Congress. They are definitely hiding something

I made a simple mistake when I set up autopay for my new card in 2020. The website seemed to be asking me for an end date with no option for "ongoing" so I entered a date that was two years later, thinking I would call them at some point to change it to "forever/ongoing." Well, with the craziness of the pandemic for those two years, I completely forgot to find out why I had to put an end date. If your a business run from this bank. They closed my account after two checks were deposited from my customers. I let them know the customer said they made a mistake on writing the check out of the wrong account and they would be cancel. The checks were never credited and were on hold for 7 days anyways. So there was no chance of liability for PNC. Not only did they close my account they would not release my funds. Instead they will be "mailed". Do not use this bank at all cost.

My wife inherited a property that PNC holds the mortgage. She jump through all the hoops this firm asked of her. She wanted to pay the mortgage however, when the mortgage was transferred to her, the payment amount doubled, which made it difficult to keep up with this mortgage. She applied for a loan modification, tried to refinanced. For over the last 7-8 months they have dragged things out. You would think changing your address with a bank for a car loan would be fairly simple. As long as you have your loan#, SSN, pin and cell phone handy to confirm its legit, RIGHT? Not PNC, I changed it on the online profile in January 2023 and they kept mailing statements for 3 months to the now old address. So, I call the bank at the number listed to specifically change your address and on the 1st call I get a checking account rep who after 8 minutes transfers me to another department because she does not service auto loans... read more

A guy called me the fraud prevention center, I do not even use this bank, but he was very rude. When asked what this bank was he called me stupid & other names. Very unprofessional & if I did use this bank I would never again, but since I don't, I definitely never will.

on 4/13/2023 I called PNC customer service as they were taking ********************** payments out of 2 accounts at different institutions, in the same month for 2 months. I was informed that there was an account on the "backend" that was not visible to the customer through the online banking portal. I asked to have that account removed and to just apply the second payment to the principle which was done. I then logged in on 5/15/2023 to see that it had happened again.
