The worst bank I have ever had to work with in my entire life; and that's AFTER trying to close my wife's ***** Fargo account!******************** purchased my home mortgage a year or so ago. My uncle had $55 taken from his account via spectrum wrongfully. He called Spectrum they advised him to call the bank which is PNC he did, and PNC then cancelled his card, as well as closed his account over $55 which he didnt do anything wrong.He has money in his account that his is now trying to get out. But they are giving him a hard time.

0 stars absolutely terrible banking service. Will not let me close account with them hold my wallet hostage with a 7 dollar monthly charge for service when I DO NOT WANT THERE services. Its must be worth 7 dollars to manage 0 dollars. Save your self and do not bank with this fraudulent group

Worst banking institution. **************** is absolutely rude. I will be closing all of my accounts with them and have been a customer for over 15 years. Make a credit card payment online the day its due and get hit with a late fee. Pay your credit in full and get hit with interest two days later its non refundable they wont give it back. **************** laughs when you say they have the worst customer service. Just very rude staff. Will let everyone I know to never bank with PNC.

Predatory sales practices: I closed out two accounts to get my money. They charged me $125.00 per account to close it. They are holding my money for ******. This is for PNC Investments, LLC
RK Back In 2020 I filed for a hardship with PNC Bank this was when the ***** Pandemic was raging. The hardship required me to make partial payments of my full payment for my truck $535mo. I made the partial payments until some stability started to happen. I then continued making my full payment of $535mo. Till present. se of my life. I set up auto pay to assist with my limited ability to call to make payments due to having a baby that consumes my time. All other of my banking institutions have seamlessly integrated, but PNC pulled a fast one on my sending my through a downward spiral. When calling to report my lost card, they never explained that my auto pay would stop. Very unsatisfactory. I deposited a personal check from PNC via the mobile app into my personal Chase account. An hour later I received an email from ***** informing me that the check was deposited and accepted but will take nine days to clear and for the funds to be made available. (It didnt actually say nine days but from the day I deposited it to the day the money was available equaled nine days.) For a check to take that long to clear is mind boggling. Had a account with PNC detected suspicious activity in my account notice someone from the bank was doing transactions without my permission contact the bank I was refunded money and had them open up an investigation and all I got is a fraud alert on my name because pnc made a mistake this is so hurting because when I go to other banking institutions they bring up fraud from pnc I never committed any fraud but yet Im being accused and punished for there mistakes its a shame that PNC would make my life a living h*** for there ... read more
