I have spent hours on the phone to try to access my online account to pay my car payment and am locked out. Their customer service is a joke and I can not find a managers number. I have no way of paying my car payment and do not know what to do. PNC is trash. Consider borrowing money from a leprechaun before you do from these idiots.

If I could give this bank no stars, I would. This bank profits from customers by giving inaccurate balances causing overdraft fees which are posted during the "nightly banking." This means that the deposit cut off time for customers is 10pm , however; this bank post most of the "pending" transactions between 10pm-12am. So if you check your balance prior to 10pm BEWARE that is not your actual balance which is completely deceptive. Most banks don't engage in this unethical practice aka "nightly bank." Visited Powell OH Sawmill branch PNC to convert US dollars to British Pounds teller indicated no fees and time to deliver 2-3 days, picked up $1800 pounds without checking current exchange rate big mistake they charged 1.36 when actual daily rate 1.27. We financed a car through PNC in 2014. We paid off the balance of a 60 month loan at 36 months. We recently tried to trade in the car and found that PNC has a lien on the car. When calling for assistance, we were advised by one person that they could see the auto loan in the system and that they could see that it had been paid in full. So today I go to check my bank account with PNC and I get a message to call the customer service number. I call and find out my account has been closed. When asked why .... I was told by a manager that PNC has the right to stop doing business with anyone without notice. My daughter went to the local PNC branch to move her virtual wallet account linked to mine to her own and walked away with a standard checking account costing $7 a month instead of the free accounts she had requested. She had requested that her virtual wallet account be unlinked and established as her own. She didn't even realize when she left that she now had a "standard checking account" with all of her money transferred into it. WOW! I have been a loyal PNC customer for over 10 years now. I have my debit card, checking account, and a credit card with them. I've been looking for a high yield savings account and caught wind that PNC has one at 2.35%. Imagine my disgust when I go try and open one to only found out it is only available in certain locations - including PNC's home state of Pennsylvania. All I wanted was a copy of a specific policy regarding bankruptcy payoff interest due. I was read to from a script and had to ask several times for the customer service representative to stop talking and listen. I was then told that no such document exists and that my request will be sent to the escalation team. No such document exists? Give me a break. I then called back and was cut off. PNC Bank hit me with multiple overdraft charges after reversing an approximately $1,000 provisional credit with only one day's advance notice. In other words, one day I received a letter from PNC Bank that the bank has decided to reverse a provisional credit it gave me earlier and the morning of the next business day the money was already gone from my account.
