I've had PNC for a few years. I currently had a dispute that took them a few months to investigate which is very disappointing! Now as they have finally resolved the investigation. I've received a letter stating they resolved in my favor and that I would receive my funds along with any fees acrued. However to this date, several more weeks later, I have not received anything and when I call they state "that department doesn't receive calls". I do no recommend this bank at all. I'm totally frustrated with pnc I was given incorrect information about an issue I had and because of this I was charged over $70.00 in fees I was promised a call back and resolution which neither was fulfilled.
