THIS IS THE WORST BANK EVER! THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU! NOBODY CAN TALK TO YOU TO TRY TO GET IT RESOLVED! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT SINCE THEY WANT TO CHARGE OUTRAGOUS OVERDRAFT FEE AND NOBODY CAN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT? THEIVES!!

This business set a customer up with an account with incorrect information on the way their accounts were supposedly set to work. Resulting in said customer's loss of over $300 from their accounts and a refusal to help said customer in fixing the error due to the misinformation.

I live very much paycheck to paycheck I do overdraft nearly every paycheck or come close to it but almost always manage to put enough cash in to stop from paying the rediculous overdraft fee of $35 per overdraft. This time I saw I had 2 over charges but knew I was getting paid at midnight But PNC saw it fit to hit me with $70 in overdraft fees at midnight before my paycheck went through. I have been banking with PNC for the last 4 years, of which I have been told multiple policies that seem to fit in their favor for whichever situation we were discussing. While sometimes conflicting, all of them had to do with in what order they decide to post transactions, the pre-authorization holds of money from your account, and how an overdraft fee will come out before they complete another transaction in which will cause you a second overdraft fee...and so on, and so forth. PNC Bank is one of the worst banks that I've ever had. The customer service is a joke and something should really be done about it. I was charged a fee for an item that came out of my account and withdrew my account by .42 cents. The item was returned because of the shortage of .42 cents and when I called to find out why, I was given the biggest run around of my life. I have been with this bank for over 10 years, and the tellers are amazing people, but the policies are AWEFUL! They do not care what the story is, they will not reverse any fees at all. There was some confusion with a transaction that showed pending and then disappeared. I JUST got paid. I was charged two over draft fees. I knew if I left this alone I would end up paying more fees so I borrowed some money. Only to find out that my account was -$199! Pnc continues to post transactions well after they date they are presented in an attempt to get fees. The customer service is mediocre and the fraudulent posting has to be criminal

PNC is an extremely unprofessional. They have no trouble taking all your money and emptying your account and they even manage to get a good laugh out of it. Maureen C******** in the mortgage department thought taking all my money was very funny. Hope she had a nice laugh.

PNC has been the best bank I have ever had. They have gone above and beyond to fix things, even if it was in my error. I can't see myself banking with anyone else.
