It was Wed 12/20 I was trying to deposit my hard check from work but their mobile system was down, I tried their ATM but the ATM rejects my check. I was finally able to go to their teller on the 23, the teller did not tell me that my funds will not be available until the 27. They hit me 6 times the overdraft fees of $36, two of which is dated the 27... I am so confused and mortified. I am done with this bank and in the process of moving my money to a credit union. I recommend anyone else even tempted to do business with this bank do the same. The first year I banked with PNC was pretty unremarkable, but this past year (2017) there has been a definite change, and it is not good. They seem to have changed their practices regarding credits and debits to maximize the amount of fees they can charge. I've been banking with PCN since 2014 (going on 3 years now). When I originally signed up, I was put into an account that doesn't give the best interest rate but also doesn't mean I need to deposit at least $5K per month because I don't just throw my entire paycheck into my PNC account. I have other money from my paycheck deposited into my 401K and my Company Credit Union as well (to pay off my mortgage and car loan). Beware PNC Mortgage! They are the worst company I have ever delt with! They NEVER withdraw the money out of my accout on time, and when they do I still receive a notice that my payment is returned for incorrect account information. I have called and confirmed with both PNC and my bank the account number is correct, yet every month I get a call and they expect me to pay a late fee. I pay every month on time. DO NOT USE PNC MORTGAGE. I am considering selling my house just so I can find a new mortgage company!

PNC does not value customer service at all. They started charging monthly service fees for checking accounts this year, when I talked to the representative about the unfamiliar charge, she rudely replied that the service fee has always been included with the account, put me on hold for over 10 mins then disconnected the call. This is only the Most Recent issue that I've had with this bank and will be the last!

I WOULD NOT EVEN RATE THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS CALL CENTER IN PITTSBURG, PA. THE MAN I TALKED TO CRAIG WAS VERY RUDE, HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE, AND DID NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HE CLAIMED HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR 10 YEARS AND I EXPLAINED HE MUST NOT IF HE CANT MAKE THS CUSTOMER HAPPY. Deplorable customer service. With new management in the last few years customer service from tellers up to management at the South Hills of Pittsburgh branch is disgusting, rude, and down right ignorant. I am appalled at how they "run" this branch and with the regional manager falling in suite with their despicable behavior is a poor showing of PNC as a whole, no wonder the national ratings I have found rank less than 3 points on multiple consumer sites. I am a former PNC employoee and a client of the bank for 31 years. I also have accounts at Wells Fargo. I have used the PNC app since it was available to deposit rental checks monthly. This month I was unable to use the app because the app says it already has the checks I am trying to deposit, which is untrue. I can only assume this is happening because it is the same amount and check from month to month. I called customer service for assistance. I've been a loyal customer for over 40 years. PNC has become rude, unfair and intolerant to their customers. Don't be surprised if they make it difficult for you to withdraw larger cash amounts of your own money and/or kick you and your accounts out without explanation, reason, or recourse. They do not wish to listen to your questions or quiet complaints about anything. This pertains to the St. Clair Branch in PGH, PA.
