I've been with PNC for a couple of years and had overdraft coverage on my account. I have no issue with paying the resulting fees from using this perk when its applicable. Recently, I had 4 transactions come out of my account that left it at a positive balance. I was then assessed 4 overdraft fees due to a transaction that was listing as pending. I've been banking with PNC for about 9 years now. I have nothing but good things to say. I got my credit card through them as well as my virtual wallet checking and savings. I ended up getting my mortgage through them, and they have been great getting the mortgage paperwork. They were fast and very professional in the process.

On dec 6 2019 I submitted my mortgage payment by using td bill pay I used the rush payment method It clear my account and at one point or another reached Pnc who’s in turn claimed they never got the payment but days latter decided to tell me yes we got a payment but it had an invalid account number, when I asked , was given my account number as my mortgage account number then I was also told that the money was sent back to TD BANK to be refunded to me but according to TD bank they never received a refund from Pnc. I requested a card be sent to me on the 1st of January. Two weeks later still no card and because I did a change of address my account was put into a security review. I submitted all the necessary paperwork and no one has contacted me. This branch where I did most of my business has been a huge disappointment in regards to there customer service. I have been grandfather into the highest tier to find out they will now longer grandfather the existing account and force me to relinquish my existing account to another status which encounter some fees and along with other things. So heartbreaking, that once the company has grown successfully their greed takes over and stomps on their loyal clients that helped them turn into what they have become.

Front desk teller and manager K have an attitude problem. Lazy and dishonest and disrespectful. They had no appreciation for the job they have or the customer. Very disappointing company. Especially when it’s comes to their overdraft fees and how much money they sneak out of your account. They act like they are so sensitive to your needs but they can give two damns. I have been a customer with them for over ten years, turning down the Union banks to stay loyal and they always prove me to be a fool. I guess one day I will learn that this company is nothing but blood sucking leaches.

I recently applied for pre-qualified loan offers on CreditKarma, and PNC Bank was one of the offers presented. I decided to go forward with the loan offer since it was such a low APR in comparison to my previous personal loan. All they asked of me was some personal info, income, and rent information.
