My fiancee and I are buying a house together. We found a beautiful, water-front house in Maryland and were so happy to finally be able to be together after almost four years of owning separate houses. The house is in a flood zone, and has a detached garage with an apartment above it. My fiancee had been using PNC for her house, and we agreed to use them instead of the local lender our real estate agent recommended, since my fiancee’s experience with PNC had been great. Plus, PNC’s loan rate estimate beat the local lender by ... read more

PNC are scammers and I will be banking elsewhere. They keep putting payments as pending and creating more and more overdraft fees for me. Not to mention their overdraft fees are obnoxious. I've been charged $36 per overdraft item, which now I have three f**** charges. This is bs and I'll be cancelling my account immediately. I'm going back to a credit union.

Please do not bank with this particular branch. Michael T******** (AVP Branch Manager) was very unsympathetic and dismissive of our request for a Business account. I will never bank here or refer this branch to anyone. They aren’t for the people or potential customers. My advice to Michael T******** (AVP Branch Manager) is please be more sympathetic and have more concern for your customers. Don’t be quick to dismiss potential business account holders for an issue that could have been easily resolved.

WHY WOULD PNC STEAL FROM A GOOD CUSTOMER WITH A HIGH CREDIT SCORE.? .PREAPPROVED FOR CORE VISA WITH EXCELLENT ODDS . BUT NO WAY.. PNC IS NOT A COMPANY THAT DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS. I STARTED A LOAN ACCOUNT WITH PNC IN JULY 2018 AND IN JAN 2019 THEY STARTED DOUBLE BILLING ME.EVERY MONTH AND AGAIN FROM MARCH TO JULY 2019 AND WOULD NOT STOP...EVEN I AFTER I PAID THE ENTIRE LOAN AMOUNT OFF IN MAY OF 2018. THEN I GOT A LETTER FROM THEM IN JUNE 2019 SAYING IM OWED A REFUND . PNC STOPPED PAYMENT ON MY REFUND CHECK AND STILL HAS NOT ... read more

I was assessed three overdraft fees the exact same day that my payroll deposited and was informed the fees would not be over turned because technically the payment came out the day before which makes no sense at all. I was even more upset because my balance was at a positive .91 before I made the one purchase (that should have been the only overdraft if we are being technical) and spoke to a rep that day and asked if I used my ODP would there be a fee because if so I could wait to pay my phone bill and she told me it would n... read more

This branch discriminates and insults their customers. I went in to make a withdrawal and I had my valid driver license and went to the teller Jennifer. You can't fill out your own withdrawal slips but I'm used to it since I frequent other PNC branches. She asked me for a debit or credit card. I told her I didn't bring it with me. To which she replied that 2 forms of ID are required. When I told her that I've never experienced this at this branch which I come to more since it's a few blocks from my job and at the other branc... read more

The actual worst bank, and I've banked with *****. I opened a savings account nearly a month ago online. It took them forever to get me a pin so I could enroll in online banking, so I called and they said they couldn't help me until I got the pin in the mail but that they'd send me another envelope. A week later I finally got two such envelopes, one postdated on the 25th, one on the 26th. Both had the same pin inside. I attempted to enroll but it gave me an error and locked me out. Little did I know, and no one bothered to t... read more

I was with PNC for my business banking for 10 years. I paid a lot of fees, roughly $3,000 a year and then have spent months trying to close a Pinnacle account that IS NOT LINKED TO AN OPEN BANK ACCOUNT. I get charged $59 a month for Pinnacle tied to a bank account that was closed a year ago. They decided to link the fee to another bank account and it's never-ending. I'm an idiot for not closing all my accounts and trusting that the local bank rep could help me work through it. The Pinnacle department is a scam, it's such inc... read more
