We had a very good experience. The lady up front was friendly and the Nurse was amazing. She made my son comfortable and she explained everything to him at his level..so thankful this place is around.
Are usually take my kids to PM pediatrics when I can’t get in with their primary doctor. The doctor was extremely rude and short when I went in there this evening. We sat in a room for over an hour waiting for the doctor. I walked out to make sure that they had forgot about us and the nurse said they were just really busy. A few minutes later the doctor poked her head in there and said she had two people ahead of me that she didn’t forget about us. Such a nice staff. Very quick. Was in and out in an hour. Thankful for places like this when I cannot get my kid in during the normal day!
Jessica and Marissa were great! Even the front desk girl was soooo nice! We drove all the way from Jasper and arrived 5 minutes before they closed. My teen needed stitches and they made him comfortable! We were in and out quickly! Thank you so much!!
Took my daughter in because I thought she had a ear infection. She was checked and told that there was some fluid, but no infection. No prescription given. Took her to her regular pediatrician the next day because she cried all night. She has an infection and her ear drum is ruptured. I will never go back to this office. Also, a prescription for my daughter was called in to a pharmacy I don't use and it wasn't even for her.
Definitely a great place! Love all the staff!! �
