After registering online, we were taken back fairly quickly. They nurse was very attentive and caring not to mention a great amount of patience (waiting for a urine sample from my daughter). Doctor was extremely caring and friendly. Diagnosis was what I thought and since our pharmacy was already closed she had the prescription sent to a nearby 24hr pharmacy to make sure antibiotics could be administered asap. We had a great experience and will use again in the future when needed.
I really appreciate that they are kind and don't act like the mother/father doesn't know what they are talking about. They take the time to listen to each concern. However, this is the second time one of my children has been misdiagnosed. We came away from PM Pediatrics with my 22 month with a diagnosis of ear infection in his left ear and an upper respiratory infection. 2 hours later we were rushing him to the ER with breathing distress. Great and easy experience. First time going, but I'm sure won't be our last. Took our 9 month old on a Saturday at 4:45 because we believed he had an ear infection. We were out of there before 5:30. Really quick, very friendly staff. We had an issue with our prescription getting filled at our pharmacy... we called pm pediatrics and they immediately took care of it. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby!
The staff there is amazing! We have been twice and both times we were in and out within an hour! The hours are perfect for weekends and after hours when absolutely have to go but don't want to take your child to the ER. Every staff member there treated my son like their own and comforted him when he was absolute miserable. Would recommend to family and friends !
Other than the friendly girl at the reception desk, worst experience ever! Took my granddaughter there Saturday night, 5/8. Waited 2 1/2 hours, maybe longer. Finally get called back, doctor could barely speak English and she did not spend 5 minutes with us. On top of that, she misdiagnosed her! Ended up taking her to emergency room! Never again will we go back!
Thought this would be a better alternative than the ER. Still in the waiting room after almost 3 hours. Not satisfied at all.......
Wouldnt see My daughter and i had to go to ER twice
