Just had the first oil change on my new Infinity. Although the actual service went well the car wash was less than stellar. The service waiting room was also less than stellar. Infinity might take notes from Lexus on this issues.

My experience at Plaza has always been 5 stars. Service is completed within the time that was promised and I always drive away with a shiny, happy car. This time they also replaced the wiper blades at no additional cost.
