The service manager as well as the advisor were less than helpful and I will not be going back to this dealer. I made my appointment with the understanding that I would be getting a loaner vehicle so that I could go about my day with picking children up from various schools but when I showed up, they didn’t have one. They offered to shuttle me home....needless to say that doesn’t work. This experience was not good with the service manager and advisor and I will be going to a different dealership from now on.
RecommendedToday was our first encounter with Plaza Infiniti. We were referred to them by a friend and to a particular salesman named Ron. We had so much fun and enjoyed our day together with Ron. We laughed and joked, but most importantly he made sure we were taken care of, going above and beyond. I’m so happy to be a first time Infiniti owner and from this dealership. They deserve 5 💎 not just ⭐️ in my opinion.
I rarely make public comments but, after 3 bad experiences at Plaza Infinity service dept I felt the need to share. Some of the poor service I received was them loosing keys to my car after service and waiting 35min for them to find along with my car not being cleaned upon return, repair staff often are sloppy. Worse experience ever make sure you take pictures of you car before getting service because the will scratch or put a dent in your car being careless then play dumb 🤦♀️ I will never go here AGAIN
Anthony Jones is the right man to talk to if you are trying to purchase a vehicle. He never steered me in the wrong direction. The lease purchase program help my credit so much Im now driving a 2018 qx80.. Thank you brother!!!
I took my M35 in to get something looked at and they told me I had some recalls. (Quick side story. Because of the Florida sun the glue holding my dash together came up through and made my whole dash sticky.) Anyway back to the review... so I get my car back and not only are the recall items fixed they gave me a new dash for free! Great service!
Plaza Infiniti has always presented me with five star, exceptional service! I would highly recommend Plaza Infiniti to family and friends.
5 star service. For some reason people think it's too expensive to take their car to the dealer for service. I've never overpaid for any service by doing so and I have peace of mind that the people working on or servicing my car are experts who specialize in my make and model. The extra perks are awesome. If you can't stay and wait they will either drop you at work and pick you up later to bring you back to your car or give you a loaner car.
