I rarely drive all the way from O'Fallon, IL to Plaza for service, but when I have, I've been pleased and impressed. Recently, I was in for a recall, and the car was checked in promptly, the loaner was ready, and they finished a couple hours early. Perhaps if a loaner was available for routine maintenance of my 10 year old M35x I'd use them more often.
Great service, Nikki in the service department is very nice and courteous.. I give her 5 stars for being extremely helpful and knowledgeable..
Never had a problem so far....always treat the customer right...
