Jim in service, I'll miss you, Ron in sales, same. Your Audi dealer next door has forced me away from your dealership. Their total lack of customer service, ability to call back, just total lack of concern is unacceptable. The management team will not call me back. I am left with no choice, never give this ownership my money again. Infiniti is great, I mean that, loved our 8 year relationship.

Well, my car was fixed and the problem no longer exists. However, they are having a problem with theft. My change was gone out of my console, and my loaded handgun was also gone. Even though I've sent them emails and contacted the authorities, I've heard from no one at plaza.
The financing manager wasn't pleasant to deal with.
Plaza Infiniti has always and continues to provide outstanding customer service. The person that I work with regularly (Dan) is very personable and pleasant. I purchased my vehicle at Plaza a little over three years ago and I have not been disappointed with my services. Best dealership in St. Louis (my opinion).
