My FX 35 is 10 years old now and I have been bringing it in for all the scheduled services and any repairs. First of all have needed very few repairs as it has been extremely dependable and secondly everything they have done has been first class Yesterday there was a recall for an airbag which took all afternoon so they gave me a loaner car to run my errands. They always clean my car before they give it back to me and as I was driving it home I felt like I still had a new car.

Nikki Korte and Kody Bradford in service were particularly helpful to me. The entire Plaza team was efficient and they gave me a nice loaner vehicle. It was expensive but I was expecting that. It's quality service here.

Plaza's maintenance service for my G35 this week was excellent. I love the 1 hour express experience for routine oil change and today included a tire rotation and balance...as promised, about an hour.
I took my car in for a maintenance service which always cost me more money when leaving, but sometimes I feel like they getting over. But due to me not knowing what services the previous owner had done I guess it's ok. But I'm not pleased with the mechanics saying that a problem was fixed and it wasn't, I called a rep and did not get a return call! Really.....
Great service and staff. On our 3rd set of cars from them. Mike Barnstead in sales is awesome!
