Dealing with them was a pleasant experience for me.
My new Q60 had an air bag warning light issue. Took it in and it was handled promptly. And had some other routine maintenance done as well. No problem. Service was great and efficient, as always! And my car was beautifully cleaned. What a bonus!
Terrible customer service. How hard is it to just call your prospective customers back. Just because I'm not interested now doesn't mean you STOP treating your customers with respect. It makes no business sense. I will go elsewhere.

I have had poor customer service and have contacted them for other issues and have never heard back from anyone. I have filled out surveys and wrote letters with no response. Oddly enough, I just got an email today asking me to rate and share my experience online. I have not been impressed with their customer service and expected more from Plaza.
As always, the experience with Jim was fantastic. He made sure that my car was done quickly and earlier so that I could make an appointment.
Had maintenance done on my E350 Mercedes at Plaza Infiniti because of Kody Bradford - he has outstanding customer service and trust him completely!
We dealt with Robert and he was very pleasant and made our shopping experience with twins easy.
