Went in to look at a Q60, was assigned Ron Oldham as our sales representative. Ron was quick, and knowledgeable with over a decade of experience at Plaza. Nice to find a dealership with longevity in it's employee's. With in an hour we had completed our mutually beneficial negotiations, and where signing papers on our 2017 Q60 3.0t AWD. While completing the paperwork we added on the 3 year 36k prepaid service agreement, we will see if it is worth the money we paid in the years to come. Jim and crew have been making me like a valued customer since 2008, when I first purchased my 2008 FX35 there. I have never been treated as well by any dealership, ever! I took my Infiniti in for a tire change because I road over something on the highway and it flatten my tire, but because I have this warranty, I got a brand new tire and they washed my car and shined my tires! Plaza Square is the Bests! Pam P.
This place really does a great job of taking care of their customers and you feel like a valued customer at plaza Infiniti.
I took my QX60 in for a maintenance issues with the roof rails covered under my warranty. They changed my oil rotated and balanced my tired and cleaned my car for $110. They applied coupons i didn't have and gave me the best service ever!! I will not be going anywhere else for my vehicle except Plaza. Thank you to everyone who assisted me.
